Terms of Service
By commissioning me you agree to the following:
Payment
The commission will not be started until the invoice is fully paid via Paypal only.
Invoices are required to be paid in full after 10 days of sending them. If not, the commission will be canceled and the slot will be opened up.
Refunds
Commissions are non-refundable once started unless the artist cannot complete the request.
Timeline
Emote commissions will take up to 1 week per emote. Overlay commissions may take anywhere between 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.
Rush orders may be placed with an additional charge of 50% of the total order. Rush orders and deadlines must be explicitly stated in the commission request and agreed to by both the commissioner and the artist.
Communication
If more than 48 hours pass with no response from the commissioner regarding their request, the request will be canceled and the slot will be opened up.
Commissioners are allowed 3 major revisions and unlimited minor revisions during the sketching process. 3 minor revisions will be allowed once the final version has been started. Any major changes or minor changes afterwards will be charged $5 or more per edit depending on complexity.
Final commission piece will be sent through email to receive the full quality file.
Rights
The artist retains all rights to the commissioned piece and may alter the image in anyway for promotional use.
Credits to the artist or a link to the artists socials must be explicitly stated.
The commissioned piece may not be used for commercial purposes and cannot be redistributed or reproduced.
The commissioned piece and any form or part of it may not be used for NFT or transaction related to NFT. No derivatives of the commissioned piece may be sold as NFT.
